    Find "Member ID Card" or "Digital ID Card" Usually on the main dashboard. Save a PDF, print it, or add it to Apple Wallet / Google Pay.

Proof of Coverage Letter
For schools, employers, lenders, or the IRS. Usually downloadable from your carrier's portal.

Tax Documentation
What to expect at tax time, depending on your plan type.
  • ACA marketplace plans You'll get a Form 1095-A in your Healthcare.gov account by mid-January. You need it to file your taxes.
  • Privately offered plans No tax form is generated. Nothing for you to do at tax time on the coverage itself.
  • For specific tax questions, talk to your CPA
